One: Meditation
The first way to help improve your psychic ability is through meditation. Meditation is not only helpful in developing your psychic potential, but will help bring you happyness and peace of mind. There are a variety of meditation schools out there. If you are a beginner, I would recommend visiting your local Yoga Center to see what courses may be offered in meditation. There are also very simple yogic techniques for meditation. Many consist of mental and verbal repetition of sanskrit words, such as Om or Aum. Most people have a difficult time with this type of meditation because it is so simple. There are a series of visualization exercises that I recommend to develop your imagination which is important for psychic development. Please stay tuned.
